When Employers ask me the daring and sometimes nerve wracking question " Why should we hire you ?" I answer with confidence and assurance because I know that the employer will be gaining a efficient on time no drama easy to work with employee. An employee that will go to work with a smile on their face leaving all personal issues personal and at home. An employee that will be on time and ready to work. I am CPR, first aid, and AED certified by the Red Cross for the 2nd time. I come from a family of 6 me being the oldest of 4. I was mommy's little helper and still am at 21 years old I help my mom run my siblings to doctors appointments, picking up and dropping off prescriptions, picking up siblings from school and taking hem to band, dance, and tutoring. I have what feels like thousands of cousins that I have all baby sat weekends, over nights, and even traveled with to help my aunts and uncles. I was the president of my local religious youth group 2 terms in a row ( 6 months each ). And also Vice president of the states Chapter. My role as President/ Vice president was to be a role model for young girls ranging from ages of 5 to 15 years old. I lead with compassion and understanding helping these young girls grow into young responsible adults. teaching them anything from manners to how to be a compassionate and respectable young adults and girls. I am no longer in the group because I have reached my majority, so now I am considered an Adult. But I still practice everyday by helping my younger sisters and brother to be better little humans everyday
