Sitter Job in Pepper Pike, Ohio

We are looking for help to watch our 13 months old son. He's a very active boy. He's not sleep trained and only sleeps if I nurse him or wear him. We don't like CIO or any type of method that includes crying. The person who comes must be willing to play with him, read books or sing for two or three hours. We also have a 9 years old dog. A Weimaraner! She is our beloved daughter. She is very calm and sweet and we expect she would be treated with kindness. The babysitter won't have to take care of the dog. Just be aware she is an important part of our family. The only job we are looking for is watching our son. She might have to change diapers in case he poops. Perhaps give him some solids foods if he gets hungry. We haven't left him with nobody since he was born. Not sure how he'll react with an stranger but we can work on that. We might ask her to come and spend some time with the baby during the day to get familiar and then leave her with him. No or smoking is allowed in our house. Also no alcohol or visitors are permitted while we are gone. We don't want anyone who has been convicted or involved in any type or crime.
