Hi my name is Tatyana and I am a student still in high school. As a part of my high school I worked as a volunteer at school named Brightside Academy. I had a blast playing around and having fun playing patty-cake, jump rope, skip, and just in general having fun and talking and being around toddlers and children of age 8 to 12. I also was able to help with setting up blankets and pillows for the children to sleep on during nap time. I even got to read out and read with the kids as entertainment or be read to by the children. I also have gotten experience with family members and neighbors children that are of ages 11-12 years. I watched over their kids and played with kids and played with them. I even have had chances to make up my own stories for some of the kids in my neighborhood. I have learned that having patience and understanding are beneficial skills when it comes to kids. That sometimes the most entertainment needed sometimes is just having someone to talk too. Also being energetic and playful just make such jobs like these more fun. I love being around kids and making them smile and laugh. Yet for some just telling a story and coloring together is all someone needs. I treat others like their my brother and sister so I tend to be protective and good at keeping an eye out for trouble. I love animals and I love giving animals love and attention. I can guarantee you I would treat our pet like my own. I would play, pet, feed, and give your pet all the attention he or she wants and needs. I also have a pet of my own and have volunteered at a the Wyncote animal hospital during the summertime. I cleaned up after pets during walks, cleaned cages, refilled food and water. I am a very playful, energetic, patient, and loving person. I give animals all the love they need and more.
