I am a 20 year old female working at a drop-in centre / daycare called Rossbrook House. I have experience working with children, as well as cleaning and cooking as well as taking care of animals. I work 3-4 days a week in the Sherbrook/Ross area by the Health Sciences Centre from 8am to 4pm. Looking for an occasional babysitting job in that area or the St. Vital area in which I live as I am scheduled randomly each week and can't promise I will be available on a certain day. Although I can re-arrange my schedule to fit your needs as long as I am notified a couple of days in advance. Communication between both parties regarding the days is major because of the random scheduling. Can cook for the kids, clean up after myself well and clean the house when necessary as well as care for any animals in the home. I am able to pick up children from school if needed on days I do not work in the morning/afternoons and walk them home safely, and can help with homework. I have a working phone that is always on in case of any concerns. I do have my First Aid and CPR level C certification, and can obtain a criminal record and child abuse registry check. As I don't really like the idea of letting a child stare at the television while I sit there, let me teach ya kids new cool things! Show them the beautiful world that is their backyard!
