Sitter in Benton, Arkansas

My name is April, I'm 19 years old and I have a good amount of experience with children. I babysat 3 children, ages: 5, 3 1/2, and 8 months over the summer of 2014. I helped my former next door neighbor with her newborn daughter whenever she needed my help. This was her first child and I enjoyed helping her whenever I could. My senior year of high school, I shadowed a 2nd grade teacher as a part of my Orientation to Teaching class. I made lesson plans and taught them to the kids. I also supervised the children and was left in charge of the class when the teacher stepped out or was in not at school. That whole experience was one of the highlights of my senior year. I loved those kids and I hated leaving them at the end of the year. I graduated in 2016 and if I get enough scholarships, I plan to go to college in the fall of 2017, but nothing is set in stone right now. I really need a job and I really need to make some money. I love infants and toddlers and I hope to find the right job soon!
