Sitter Job in Crawfordsville, Indiana

I am looking for someone to care for my 2 yr old grandson so that I may go back to work. I need someone that will allow his weekly visits from first steps as he is developmentally slow and possibly partially deaf. He has not had very much interaction with other children his age and is hitting the terrible two's. So I am needing someone that can give him a lot of attention and has the patience to help him through what is going to be a major change in his life. He is a very sweet loving boy, when I got him a year ago, he kept to himself played in the corner all by himself for hours, I couldn't get a hug or hold him for more then 5 seconds, he had learned how to shut the entire world off. Now, he has come around so much and really enjoys to be played with and loved on, but unfortunately I am the only one he has been doing that with so not sure what kind of adjustment period this will be. I work in Cayuga and my hours will fluctuate between 7am and 6pm, but will mainly be 730am to 4pm.
