Dependability, trustworthy, honest, fun, knowledgeable of young children, hard worker.
I have a 14 month old daughter who is very playful and fun. I would want a babysitter who is willing to invest time in her and play with her. She enjoys TV, but I wouldn't want that to be her only entertainment. I would like someone who would get her outside; if weather permits, teach her colors and shapes, sing to her, laugh with her.
