I am looking for basically a backup sitter,someone who can help out when school is not in session.i will pay great. I have 3 kids aged 9,8 and 6,sometimes there will be my 4 year old as well. They are very good and entertain them selves quite well,but i want someone who is willing to play with them,cook decent meals, and keep their day pretty structured.
