Sitter Job in Henry, Tennessee

I work an hourly job and get a new schedule each week. I work 5 days a week, 3-4 days it's usually 9am-5pm, but 1-2 days each week it's 3pm-12:30 a.m. I usually work 4 week days and 1 weekend day. My daughter has no special needs. I would like her to follow a schedule as closely as possible. Also, there will be a nanny cam and that is non-negotiable (current "babysitter" proved it's necessary). My daughter is wonderful! She almost never cries and is not picky. Realistically on pay, I just have only my income to support me and her. I'm looking for someone willing to take a daily/weekly pay. It can be further discussed in private.
