Nice to meet you! My name is Syd. I am a child care provider living in Wilmington who is present and want help you in any way possible. I hope we have the chance to chat soon! I have worked at a Summer Camp/ After school program for about six months, where I held the title of Group Leader. I was in charge of creating lesson plans for the kids, and managing their day to day activities. I would work with up to about 80 children at a time. I would also help with homework and any school-related activities. Working with these kids I was taught a lot. I learned how to deal with multiple personalities and help the children grow as individuals. I am also an Eagle Scout, and the oldest of three from a single mother. I have been working with and alongside kids for a while and I enjoy it, each child brings a new experience that is really cool to work with.
