Grace is amazing with children and puts her whole heart into working with them. She won over my neice and nephew in minutes. She followed my sister's instruction on how to handle situations and will be firm when she needs to withen given approval. She's never over stepped her bounds and does as asked.

I would recommend Grace for any child care position. Grace is not only excellent with children, she is also a responsible babysitter who remains calm in any situation. One of the aspects of Grace's personality that I appreciated the most was her ability to always keep the children calm. My youngest has anxiety disorder and that was a very desirable trait. Grace always arrived on time with a cheerful attitude ready to interact with my girls. On many occasions she would provide crafts and activities for the children. Grace is intelligent, kind and a good listener. She follows instructions to the letter and is very good at maintaining order. All of these qualities made my girls respect her as an authority figure. It was bittersweet when Grace moved. My kids and I love Grace and were sadden to lose her, but I also wanted to make sure that others could benefit from her good work as well. If you have the opportunity to hire Grace as your babysitter, I would recommend strongly that you do so.
