As a nanny, I have 1 year of experience caring for a child of 3. In my previous role as daytime nanny to a busy family, I had to follow daily routines with the child such as feeding, putting in to bed, going out to parks, ludotecs, etc to interact with other children as well and I was also responsible to take care of Lili, their lovely pet. At this age kids are capable to start learning some basics so I taught him the alphabet, numbers and some short words. I also taught him to speak a foreign language from scratch within 2 months. I am fluent in English and my mother language is Portuguese. I know some German and some French too. I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for the children in my care. I love children and enjoy their company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive.
