Greetings! My name is Jalie Edgemon. I have worked at Mount Hermon Childcare for two years now with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 2 months to 5 years old). I also volunteer at the local SLV Elementary School's Afterschool Tutoring Program with students ages 8-10 years old. I love working with children because-to be completely honest-it is so much fun! Being silly and creative, while still creating a safe and healthy environment is something that I think is very important when it comes to providing care. I believe in not just supervising a child, but becoming wonderful friends as well! I enjoy playing, singing, dancing, making crafts, swimming, hiking, and laughing with the children I work with.
