Tammy has been a beloved part of our family for the past 3 1/2 years. She is unflappably calm and flexible, and was a steady and stable presence in our home. This last year she took care of my 9, 7, and 4 year olds as well as my 2 year old nephew (who she has cared for since he was 3 months). She was in tune with each child's needs and schedule, and created a warm and happy environment for all of them. Tammy is incredibly loving and wise. She has a magic touch with children -- she developed close and caring relationships with all 4 kids, and was able to comfort them when they were upset, set boundaries when they were tantrum-ing, and help them all interact together kindly and lovingly. Tammy was happy to play legos and games and do art projects and read books for hours at the appropriate developmental level for each kid. She was totally on top of everything -- all 4 kids' schedules; current food likes and dislikes; naptimes and bedtimes. We would have kept her forever but my youngest is now in preschool and we no longer need a nanny. We miss her terribly and she regularly texts and FaceTimes with our kids. Tammy is a treasure!

Tammy is incredible and any family that gets to work with her is lucky! She took care of our son from when he was 3 months until 2 years. She is loving, creative, consistent and a great communicator. We were blessed to have her in our family and highly recommend her!
