Dear, I have known Isabel Teixeira for the past one year. During that time she has worked as the house manager in Heading Home Inc. Isabel has demonstrated many qualities which would make me feel comfortable recommending her to any future employer. Some of the qualities I have seen in Isabel are reliability, flexibility, trustworthiness, initiative and a positive attitude. Each day Isabel would accept whatever work she was given with a positive and friendly attitude and never once with a complaint. She always showed up for work on time and would stay late if necessary. Isabel was always willing to take on added responsibilities when asked and showed initiative in doing things she saw needed to be done. Isabel impressed me so much working as an educational that the following year. Isabel provided a fun, educational, and loving atmosphere for children at the program and once again demonstrated all of the qualities I had seen previously.
