Nice to meet you! My name is Noah. I love child care and look forward to caring for your children. I look forward to speaking with you! I am currently a full time college student. I have a history of working with kids before and it was a good experience. I have volunteered to help kids in an after school and I have been a camp counselor at a summer camp dealing with over 20 kids. I love being a sitter because I like helping people and I was once a kid so I understand and know how/why they act so I am able to easily bond with them because of that. I am a very energetic person, a funny person, and I am a very good listener. I love being able to connect with other people because you can learn something from them and vice versa and help each other grow. Kids either have a strong personality or a very calm personality, and it depends on that personality in which you will be able to handle and communicate with them. Each kid takes a certain amount of time to be able to connect with. A quiet and shy kid only opens up when you communicate with them a lot and when they are comfortable with somebody. A kid you may think is quiet reveals so much when they are comfortable around people. A kid with a stronger personality may not be able to be dealt with the same as a more quiet kid. I understand that the big goal of being able for a kid to listen to me is to be comfortable around me and have a level of respect. As someone who has watched over kids before, I understand that even though bonding with the kid is nice, you don't want the kid to get too comfortable with you where they start viewing you as a friend more. I already know how to set certain boundaries for kids to understand that I am a very nice and entertaining person, and although that there needs to be a good relationship, there needs to be a level of respect so they don't get too comfortable where they think they can start doing ill behavior things around me. That's why the famous saying of people take other peoples kindness for granted exist. I know when to be a friend/brotherly figure to the kid and I know when I have to be a sitter. That's what makes me unique.
