Our action-packed fitness boot camp for elementary school children is sure to get them in shape! This fun camp involves continuous, vigorous activity that incorporates endurance, strength, flexibility and motor skill development. We use energizing music that kids know and love, along with age-appropriate fitness equipment to add variety and challenge.
