When I was in the fourth grade, I was chosen by the principal to lead a class of sixteen children with a wide range of disabilities. Rather it be Genie, with down syndrome. Or Mitchel, with autism. I was able to care for each child, and create a unique relationship dispite their different qualities. I not only upheld a relationship with each child, but I was in the position where at times, I'd be the only one they'd listen/pay attention to. I'd get called out of class, to help teach the children shapes, colors, simple addition, how to draw a smiley face, or even come up with handshakes with each of them. I respected them. And I know they knew it. We all stayed very close, until freshmen year. When I reached the age of 13, I upheld the position of caring after five children, all under the age of four, two being in diapers, one being only two months old, whom required my attention 24/7. I bathed, cooked/fed, clothed, taught, entertained, protected, and cleaned up after those beautiful children for three years. I was hired by their mother, at a public park, she told be she had a good feeling about me. Which I was determined to prove her right. When I reached the age of 16, I started caring for my great grandmother, whom was more attention seeking then all of those children put together. I pampered her, helped clothe her, took her to her doctors appointments, gave her, her medicine, washed her feet. I'm very good to her, and believe I'm capable of taking care of anyone at this point. I'm very loving, and I'll always put others before myself. I'm very respectful, most people find it difficult to not see a warm heart in my chest.
