I am a mother of a daughter; grandmother ("Mimi") to five children; two boys, 17 and 23; three girls, 6, 12, and 20. I am retired 15 years from supervising in Information Processing Department at Rochester's largest law firm, Nixon, Peabody. The time has come when I am not an essential part of my grandchidren's day. I would like to continue being a presence in the life of a child. I enjoy reading to children, lunchtime, active play that requires physical effort. I require being equipped with all the childcare information that a parent would possess - phone numbers, doctor info, neighbor, relative, and pet information; special needs of the chid, as well as what the child finds enjoyable.
