Jackie worked with our family for over a year and a half. She started with us when my daughter was 14 months old and I had to return to work full time. I have nothing but positive things to say about Jackie. She came into our home and treated my daughter like she was one of her own - she cared for her and the bond with her was almost instant. Jackie took care of my daughter completely - she cooked for her, made sure that my daughter ate, played with her, bathed and dressed her, read to her, sang and danced with her, did art projects, took my daughter to classes, for walks, to the park, to the playroom, on playdates - everything. I had no qualms leaving for work in the morning because I knew that my daughter was in good, loving and trustworthy hands. Jackie also did my daughter’s laundry, dishes, and light housework. She cooked for us on occasion as well (she cooks delicious Cuban dishes)! Additionally, Jackie was good at communicating through text messages and sent me pictures throughout the day, as well as kept me updated on anything important. My daughter loved Jackie deeply and our entire family was sad when we had to part ways! One clear memory I have was when my daughter was sick, and I came home from work to see Jackie sitting on the couch with my daughter cuddled up on her just resting - I knew that my daughter felt safe and that Jackie was taking good care of her when I could not be there. As a mother, that was the most important thing for me - to know that my child was safe and comfortable with someone who cared for her when I couldn’t be there. Jackie receives 5 stars! I can't praise her enough! She watched my kids for years and went above and beyond in every way! She taught them crafts and did all different types of artistic projects , she took them all sorts of places, helped them with homework and without asking would cook and clean like no other! She is amazing and I highly recommend her with all my heart! Jackie is not only a hard worker (gives 110%) but also one of the kindest most compassionate people I have ever met!
