I have watched all kinds of children with special needs, to having no restrictions on their life. I believe all kids are equal and deserve the same amount of love and attention, guide them with their activities. I don't believe in punishment, besides that is the parents job, if a situation arises where a child was angry or upset , I would try to let them have their space, let them know that I understand life can be frustrating, try and find out what he or she likes to do best and refocus their attention on that. Make sure they were fed and had snacks, and also try and keep the lines of communication going. I am CPR certified, and also a pediatric nurse. Love kids, they are our future. In addition to all of this, I forgot to mention very important principals. I do like to see the kids doing their homework onte, also I doing it in a timely fashion, so if their little, maybe work on what they need to know for Kinder garden. If they are in school, the agenda should show the home work if they wrote it down. If they didn't no worries, there are ways of retrieving that makeup home work.
