My name is Shalece Capers I am a 27 year old woman who loves children! I am very compassionate about the child's needs. As a nanny/babysitter I make sure that the child's needs are first priority after they are cared for then other things will come after. I started sitting at the age of 13. My newborn cousin at the time took to me and my aunt was grateful to have help so she kept me on as her babysitter for all six children. The most children I have babysat for was 6 and out of the six was a set of twins! I can keep newborns on up. I have also had the privilege to be a nanny to a special needs child. I think that all children are amazing and believe that once you find a way to develop a nanny to child relationship you and the child will get along amazingly. I truly love children.
