Hi, my name is Ra-Quel, and I am a college student at NJCU. Caring for children of all ages is my specialty. I work summers as a youth development specialist for the Boys&Girls club, where I specialize in the youth's positive character development. I Love children, and care taking. I believe that the best way to care for children, is by figuring out what best suits them individually. If he/she is a heartfelt, loving child, I'd give lots of hugs and words of gratitude. If this child is a little stubborn, I'd detect the issue, all while making sure the child is aware that I care and understand. My main goal is to treat each child with love and respect, no matter the age. Being a psych major also helps me to understand emotions, wants, and needs. Because I am young, I still have the ability to run around, jump, and climb with your child. I can also cook very well, do laundry, light cleaning, meal prep, fun and playful hair styles they'll love, paint&snack sessions, DIY projects, yoga, and more. Thank You!
