Hello, My name is Ty. I am 18 years old and I have been working in a childcare facility since 2012 back in the midwest. During college, I am looking at going into early childhood development as well as criminal justice. I have worked at a grocery store as a cashier and bagger, as well as 2 quick serve restaurants along with free lance and volunteering work at local nursing and senior living homes. As far as childcare, my duties ranged from instructing to children from ages 4 and up (ABC's, 123's, Sizes, Shapes, etc.), as well as monitoring and supervising. I have knowledge on keeping children happy, safe and busy. Complete understanding of the learning process every child has to go through. I also prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have took care of an autistic child and I also have an autistic baby family member. It's just the matter of deep understanding of psychology of autistic individuals and the ability to assist them in a manner best suited to their physical and mental condition. I've also obtained the ability to handle behavioral issues and control repititive behavioral disorders through motivation. I've analyzed issues and reasons evoking violent and abnormal behavior in the individuals. Then other side work, keeping records of information filed or removed, using logbooks or computers, adding new material to file records, and creating new records as necessary, performing general office duties such as typing, and operating office machines. I am available for part time evenings from 3:00 M-S and full time on Sundays. I am open for last minute, daily jobs, temporary, as well as a long term job. I have what it takes to be trusted with your children as well as making sure they are in good hands having fun at the same time. They would have absolutely all of my attention and not my phone. I am also able to do house work. I also have provided transportation. I don't smoke and I have a clean record as well. Just mention your rate and I'll be happy to work around it.
