Sitter in Cambridge, Ontario

Hello, my name is Bethany. I am currently a grade 10 student at Woodland Christian High School, who babysits kids in my neighborhood, but I am looking for more opportunities! I am the eldest sibling of 3, a sister (age 13), and a brother (age 11) who has a mild disability. I have completed multiple first aid and training courses, such as babysitting basics, all three bronze lifesaving courses, emergency first aid with CPR, and an assistant instructor course for swimming lessons. I have lots of experience with children: - I volunteer in the church's 2 yr old nursery - I volunteered at an overnight summer camp where I babysat some counselors' kids who were not old enough to go to camp yet (ages 1-3) - The majority of my cousins are younger, so during large family events I can often be found keeping them occupied and out of the way - In elementary school I was given plenty of opportunities to help the kindergarteners with things like putting their snowsuits on, reading with them, and interacting with them Those are just a few! I am doing well in school and I am often found helping others, so I am willing to help your child(ren) with homework if needed. I look forward to chatting with you soon!
