Hello! I'm Michaela and I have 14 years of experience working with children ranging from newborns to teenagers. I gained my experience nannying, babysitting, lifeguarding, swim instructing, camp counseling, and interning at Rady Children's Hospital. For my entire collegiate career I nannied for one main family while also working for Chicago's #1 childcare agency, KGrace. These opportunities have allowed me to develop strong communication and critical thinking skills while working with a diverse clientele. My success working with children is partially due to my positive, maternal energy; it is coupled with my philosophy of treating every child with a high level of respect and genuine care for their wellbeing.
