I am a Firm believer in supporting the youth with freedom of expression and allowing them to grow, identifying Their Interests & strengths, building self esteem early and instilling fundamentals like discipline through positive learning, and relationship management with the use of speech and appropriate words & demonstrations. An avid outdoor enthusiast, as noted in my Headline, I spend a significant amount of time outdoors and enjoy walks, hikes and camp quite a bit. I have extensive experience in Activity Planning for youth, as a previous Coordinator of the Brant Avenue Neighbourhood Group Youth Empowerment Program, for a little over 5 years, which included meal planning and eventually led us to participating in 4 years of Muddygrape runs; a Police Foundations initiative in support of Special Olympics.
