Kim works with us as a Teaching Assistant in a preschool classroom with 3-5 year olds. Through her genuine interest, soothing manner and obvious compassion, Kim establishes trusting relationships in the classroom and helps foster children’s independence, creativity and self-confidence. Using positive language, Kim freely interacts with the children and extends their learning, play and communication skills. She is mature, reliable and responsible and takes initiative in completing necessary classroom duties and in helping others. Kim obviously enjoys working with young children and has a lot to offer children, families and fellow staff.

Kim has been my counselor at summer camp for the last three years. Kim is hardworking, reliable and caring. She always goes above and beyond in everything that she does. She works well with kids of all ages and knows how to make games, activities and arts & crafts age appropriate.
