I maintained a clean environment by changing 10 diapers daily, potty training kids, and regularly sanitizing surfaces. I created a safe and nurturing environment for up to 10 children ranging from 9 months to 5 years old collaborating with 2 other caregivers. I clearly coordinated and communicated with parents to understand each child’s specific needs and desires. I effectively interacted with infants and educated toddlers working towards specific age-appropriate milestones. I administered meals and any medications specific to each child’s dietary restrictions and/or plans including lactose intolerance, allergy medication, and nut intolerances. I also created a fun and interactive environment planning activities that both entertained and stimulated the children.
