Description: Hello my name is Jessica. I'm searching for a child care provider position here in Escondido. My Availability is mostly Fridays and weekends, as well as most weekdays after 6:30pm. About me: I am a recent graduate from UC Santa Cruz and have moved to the area to begin graduate school at University of St. Augustine for the Health Sciences to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. My experience with child care goes way back, beginning with raising my little brother, who is ten years younger than myself. I have watched a lot of children of family friends who either need a date night sitter or go out of town for a day or two. The last 3 years I worked as an aide at a physical therapy clinic - my most favorite patients were always the kids - treatment usually involved turning therapeutic exercises into games while never missing an opportunity to educate in a fun and engaging way! Skills: - American Heart Association First Aid and Basic Life Support Certified - Meal prep, cooking - Cleaning - Pet care for multiple dogs and cats - Safe, supervised, fun, and educational play time.
