My name is Jaimee and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently babysitting a two year old with special needs and also potty training him but the problem is, I'm only getting paid $1 an hour. I work from 6am-7-pm. It's really rough with that little of money. I also provide his food with the pay. I need something with better pay. I have took care of 5 kids for a long period of time. I took high school classes in a college which included Child care with real kids. We learned how to get eye level when we talk, play with them, do the pick up game, healthy food choices snacks.
