Hey there! My name is Leilani and I’m 19 years old! I know I’m young and have only had one professional paid summer babysitting two toddlers, but I’ve been babysitting for years! Whether that be taking care of my own little siblings, working in several kindergarten classes while I was in eighth grade during my free periods, or even just watching the neighbors kids, I’ve done it! And I’ve always enjoyed it! I truly love working with kids, they’re the best! I unfortunately do not have a car due to money being an issue, but I have no problem traveling using public transportation as well as uber! I have also had my fair share of moderately misbehaving kids! Ive learned to communicate with children in a way that they feel listened to and understood! Working with kindergartners was a great way for me to learn how to communicate with children and work with to calm them down! I don’t have a short temper, I honestly work better under pressure because that gives me a chance to work even harder! I’m also a very creative person! I love creating art! I enjoy painting and coloring as well as just experimenting with other crafts!
