I am a parent as well and have a background in childcare and medical assisting. I loved working in childcare and am now looking to get back into it while being able to take care of my 20 month old daughter as well. I believe children learn through play and experiencing knew things, its all about their senses. I practice redirection and rewarding positive behavior.
