Sitter in Chilliwack, British Columbia

I am a mature lady who has raised a large family and now have as many grandchildren. I am alert, active and put priority of safety high on list of caring for child/children, but also, make sure the emotional well-being and nourishment of the little ones are being met, as well. I am looking for consistent part-time or occasional work. I am looking for a live-out situation, and as I am married and having a large family (but are living far away) I need once in awhile to be able to go see them. So, I would hope to find a job that is flexible enough for those infrequent out of province/country visits. I am a kind and patient person, and like to do chidlren's crafts, cooking, baking, reading, games, play piano, sing, knit, crochet, and I am domestiically handy. I like laundry and ironing and sewing. I also like pets, but only if they don't take up a lot of my time looking after the child/children, and I don\t want to have to take them for a walk (if a dog) but would feed them and not ignore their company if they are friendly. I have my own transportation.
