Sitter in Portland, Oregon

Hello! I am available for occasional afternoons/ nights on weekdays and weekend babysitting. I have provided child care for over 10 years to various families. I also have tutored for elementary aged school children and worked as a gymnastics coach. I have worked as a teacher' s aide during my college years. Then, I spent a year attending the teaching credential program at California State University, Fullerton while I was a student teacher in two elementary classrooms. When I was not attending school or student teaching, I substitute taught for all grades in elementary school. After I graduated, I got a job as a 2nd grade classroom teacher. I have worked for many districts as as substitute teacher in California, and then in beautiful Oregon. :) I am an elementary school teacher during the school year at a Portland Public School in SW Portland. I live in SE Portland and am willing to travel. I have experience working with children of all ages, including children as young as 6 weeks. I also have worked with children with special needs. I am a non-smoker and have my own transportation. I enjoy getting outside, yoga, hiking, and puzzles!
