Hi! My name is Tonya Meadows. I own and operate Apple Tree Home Daycare, a quality in-home daycare in a country setting, nestled next to the Town of Bedford/Bedford Co border. We are conveniently located close to Rt. 460, Walmart, and Bedford Memorial Hospital. We service children ages 6 wks to 13-yrs-old with an academic & play-based preschool focus, as well as before & after school care. I hold an AAS degree in Early Childhood Education, am a mother of four children (two grown with families, one in HS, one I homeschool). I am a proud grandmother to five grandchildren. Tonya has provided excellent care for my two boys, ages 2 years old and 9 months on a part time basis. She is very warm and caring, and is especially detail oriented. She provides home cooked meals and keeps my kids in their routine even when they are not there every day. I feel very safe leaving my kids with her. I also know they do creative and learning activities throughout the day so they are not merely "watched" during the day. She sends photos and videos that really make me excited to see they are having a good time while I am at work!
