Sitter in Harrisonburg, Virginia

My name is Kate Abbott Hawkins and I'm currently an English major and creative writing minor at James Madison University. I am 19 and from Georgia. I have four consecutive years of experience with the same family back home. The two young children there were diabetic and I was responsible for regularly staying on top of what they were eating and their blood sugar. I am good at playing with children and thinking of creative ways to keep them entertained, both indoors and outdoors. I do not have a car and live in downtown Harrisonburg on West Water Street. I will be here all summer except a week or so in early August to go home. I already have a job at Pure Eats but I don't work very many hours. I can share my schedule at Pure Eats when I get it and ask for an adjustment of days if needed. I'll also be available once school starts.
