Hello families, My name is Bethany Phillips I am 31 years old and I have been a nanny since I was 19 years of age. Helping shape the future of some pretty amazing young people. I have experience in running my own personal home daycare center for 6 years I have cared for over 40 children that ranged in age from newborns-preteens. I love what I do watching my kids grow and change and become good people is a joy to my heart. I offer the services of one on one care. I know that there are some great schools out there but chances are that your child won't receive the one on one attention that I specialize in. I am very organized and caring I do believe in a routine but mostly I just like my kids in my care to have fun and be kids. With old fashion playing. Don't get me wrong technology has come along way and some of it is very useful but I believe in just running around outside digging in the dirt coloring with crayons.
