Hi, my name is Fiorella Salvatierra. I am 21 years old. I am a college student and speak two languages (Spanish and English), looking for a child carer work opportunity in Virginia. I aim to contribute my skill as a child carer. My availability is flexible, and I have my transportation. I am comfortable doing date night supervising, afterschool care, and swimming supervision. On top of this, I am comfortable working with twins and kids with special needs. I have experience babysitting. I have worked with kids from 6 months to 4 four-year-old kids, in daycares, and houses for more than three years. I have experience in changing diapers, feeding, cleaning, and teaching kids (board games, toys, and crafts), driving them to activities. I love to spend recreational time with kids and have training in CPR and first aids. I have done early morning and late-night shifts during weekends with kids from to 10 years old. I can give references. I am still working in daycare, but it will be close during the summer (from June 1st to Agust 16) and maybe in the fall because of COVID-19 restrictions. In the daycare, we follow all the procedures to keep kids safe. For example, we disinfect the playroom everyday and washing our hands every time we use or touch anything that can have germs like the vacuum, the floor, toys, doors, or windows. Also, we wash the kids' hands at least three or five times during the day. In my house, we have a routine to put the shoes away, then remove the hands immediately, and disinfect anything that we always use or my use outside like the cellphone or wallet. I am in charge of the house chores, so I sanitize the door handles everyday day and disinfect the entire house four times a week. Finally, I do the grocery shopping only once a week; I prefer to order online and pick up in the store, but always use a mask when I go to a grocery store, always have hand sanitizer in my car, and use them in case of emergencies.
