Hello! My name is Maria. I am 22 years old and I just graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in December. I got my degree in Early Childhood Education. I love being around kids and hope to be a teacher in the future! In High School, I took early childhood education classes where I was able to work with preschool students. In my field placement and student teaching experience at Southern, I have worked with classes ranging from preschoolers to third graders. I love the outdoors, playing games, reading, and doing arts and crafts. I have my own car, so transportation will never be a problem. I am also comfortable with animals.
