Hello my name is Cheryl. I am a dedicated nanny with over 20yrs of experience. Looking for a family who needs a fun, creative & active child wrangler. * I love taking kids for walks to parks/picnics/playgrounds, libraries, swimming pools/beaches, puddle jumping, sledding/snow angels/snow ball fights, or nature exploration adventures. I enjoy playing board games, reading books to children, singing nursery rhymes & preschool dance songs, cars & trucks, Legos, baby dolls, Barbie's, playing house, superheroes, animal or people hospital, hide 'n seek, freeze tag, basketball, soccer, baseball, catch, ride bikes, stuffed animals, or any games using their imagination. I enjoy coloring, drawing & crafting w/ kids, seeing their talents shine. * I enjoy learning what each child is passionate about, reaching them on their level. Their excitement while exploring & learning is simply the best. Seeing their happiness and confidence soar, while gaining independence is fantastic. * I have a strong work ethic that includes dishes, laundry, general cleaning, meal prep, pet care & anything that can assist the family, as long as childcare comes first. * I have cared for 10 families w/ children from ages newborn to 13yo. Three long term (8 yrs), one of which I still babysit 2-3 times every quarter w/ 3 children. * I have cared for 4 children on the autism spectrum, 6 w/ ADHD/ADD, and 6 with anxiety. Sick childcare is never a problem for me, as long as I have parental permission to administer any required medications. * I have weekday availability starting at 7:30am - 7:30pm. When hired by a potential family w/ specific guaranteed weekdays & hours, I have made myself available for date nights, weekends and other as needed availability. ( 24-48min advance notice is requested, as well as with any potential cancellations. While cancellations rarely happen, I have implemented a cancellation fee.) * I own an insured car & can transport 4 children w/o car seats / booster seats OR 2 with car seats / booster seats and 2 without. ( Because of the base width on the carseats, only 2 fit at a time.) * Hourly wages are negotiable and dependent upon distance, number of children, number of pets and any additional household needs. Driving children in any weather is not an issue, as I am an extremely careful driver. When employed, I will be happy to give my DL and any other needed info before the start date, for a complete Background check. * I do require .58¢ pr mile to cover car maintenance, insurance & gas, as required by the IRS, whenever transporting any children. * I currently live on the southwest side of Milwaukee near, Greenfield, Greendale, Hales Corners, Franklin, New Berlin & Wauwatosa. * Please message me if you would like to chat & see if I would be a good fit for your family's needs.
