Hello my name is Kayla and I have one precious baby girl. I love all children but I particularly love working with 4 weeks - 2 year old. I prefer ratios 1 to 1 for the best developmental practices and bond but can and happily do a ratio of 1 to 4. I have 15 child development units (licensing requires 12 to be a teacher alone with up to 4 children at a time) including infant/toddler development. I have over 5 years experience caring and developing children including recent license facility experience.
