About Me: Hello my name is Tekia. I am hoping to find a Nanny opportunity in MidCoast Maine. I am hoping to find one family to work for full-time. I strive to be a hard working employee. I have personal transportation and a clean driving record. When it comes to my experience, I have been babysitting since I was in high school, roughly seven years. I have experience with children in different settings, such as teaching several art classes. I worked at a recycling craft store where I taught crafts to children. I do have some experience working with people who have autism. I am a student at the University of Maine at Farmington, when I started my schooling I was an education major, I am currently an anthropology major. However, the courses I took while as an elementary ed. Major, will help me better understand your child and how they learn! Such courses include, diverse learners (special education) and child psychology.
