My name is Susie! I am currently looking to nanny or child-sit for a family in the Philadelphia area. I am 26 years old and reside in Fishtown, but grew up in the suburb of Drexel Hill. This October, I am taking night classes from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, Tuesday through Thursday, at Jean Madeline Hair School. I am hoping to connect with a family with an aligned schedule! About me: First of all, I love kids which I suppose comes off as obvious through using this website, but I believe still deserves to be said. I want you to know that this would not only be a job for me. I would be caring for your child(ren) as if they were my own. I love teaching kids whether it be reading, arts and crafts or sing alongs. I have probably watched Moana and Frozen more times than I'd like to admit. I'm outdoorsy, a good day would be putting together some lunches and heading to the park to play on the swings. I recently finished up a season of coaching coed soccer for 7-10 year olds at a local elementary school. It taught me a lot about communication and guidance with little ones. Prior to that, I have been babysitting since I was 14 and can absolutely obtain some references for you if need be. I feel most comfortable care-taking for 1-4 children at a time and from 2 years old and up. I also have a car if that is necessary for pick ups and drop offs. Thank you for your time!
