Hello! I’m a college senior at KU, CPR & first aid certified, with awesome references from 6 years of watching children, and I’m looking for a new family to nanny for starting in January. I am available every day except for Thursdays; I have both overnight and day availability. I pride myself on being flexible and reliable. Reading, playing make believe, arts & crafts, exploring outside, being silly, creating new games, and cheering on aspiring athletes are some of my favorite things! I have experience caring for children of all ages from preemies through late teens and with a variety of special needs. I am open to helping with household chores, including laundry and meal prep. My goal is to make your life easier and I look for opportunities to do so. I have background checks available and proof of a completely clean driving record*; I am comfortable transporting children and have a reliable vehicle. I have multiple references, including two families that I have worked with for nearly three years. I have done overnights for both families, as well as daytime hours. I value building relationships with my families and working with them long term. In my opinion, seeing children grow up is half the fun of being a nanny! To qualify for my position, I have completed over 1000 hours working with children with ASD and over 60 college credit hours, that included coursework on child development.
