Hi im Rowan! I have moved back to Vancouver island after several years living on the mainland. I have spent the last years working in childcare in daycare settings with many different age groups. I put an emphasis on fun, engaging learning and follow my students interests to create experiences that they will be excited about. My biggest strengths are my patience and kindness. I have much experience with neurodivergent children, and children with unique needs and abilities. I believe in getting outside no matter the weather and not being afraid to get a little messy.
