Sitter in Edmonton, Alberta

Hey my name is Awurakua. I am a child care provider who is caring and looking for work in Edmonton. I started babysitting my nephews in 2010 and they were under 6 years old. I was 3, the other five and then years later a new born was introduced into my babysitting coop. I would prepare their meals, bathe meals and in between help them with homework or engage in an activity such as watching television or be more creative through coloring. I was young then but it was incredibly interesting to me. I shared babysitting responsibilities with my sister on a school day, but I would often take care of them alone on weekends. I later moved to Canada, where my first job was at summer camp, working as a Community Service Worker at a summer camp for kids. It was an upgraded version of what i was used to but more interesting with a diverse group of kids from different backgrounds with unique abilities and special needs. Due to this job, i have a Child Intervention Check and Police Check available. I am also equipped to perform CPR. I look forward to hearing from you!
