I am dependable, friendly and a committed professional with 3 years’ experience in providing quality childcare and adult care, starting from infancy on up. I have a solid track record of supervising groups and directing their activities. Also, I am well versed in performing light housekeeping and cleanliness tasks to help aid in a commitment to provide a safe environment. CPR certified! I have been around and cared for children for over ten years; my experience with special need adults and children extends through a three year period. My background with special needs children and adults has instilled a great sense of patience and an ability to soothe others when they are upset or frustrated by day to day mishaps. This experience has also given me experience with working with people from various cultural and financial backgrounds. Communication is key. I am a professional in communicating efficiently with the children, adults, and parents. A day of care could consist of : reading, arts and crafts, meal prep, daily hygiene routines, various projects/activities to exercise the body and mind. All activities are based on the child/adults abilities. For long term positions I am all about creating plans for children/adults for and goals parents or guardians would care to accomplish.
