Sitter in Austin, Texas

My name is Candace Rupard, I moved to Austin, TX a month ago from Carmel, IN. We moved here following my parents move from WI., to driftwood and in a couple years my husband and I will hopefully start a family of our own. I was a proud center director for a quality team of teachers at a Kindercare school in IN. As the center director, I managed all 32 teachers and 94 full-time enrolled children and their families. I managed all aspects of the company from repairs to hiring and CPR/safety trainings, and all family accounts (including company financials). I had to bring I board three new teachers due to our infant-3yr rooms hitting maximum capacity with a two year wait list. Also, within my 2 years directing, we had zero staff turnover. We were the highest in rating, standards, and nationally accredited by NECPA. I am currently looking to put my organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills to use in a more intimate educational program. I would love to be considered to assist in a caring home and help create meaningful moments while helping children accomplish developmental milestones that will shape their future!
