Hello! My name is Jazmine Curry and I'm currently 19 years old. I Just finished my freshman year at Johnson and Wales university where I studied fashion merchandising and retail management. I will be transfeeing to CPCC to study fashion and early childhood education in the fall. In highscho I was involved in 6 clubs, I was senior class president, an honors scholar student, on the tennis team, and worked 2 jobs. Basically, as you can tell-- I love to stay busy! I love fast and calm past environments. I truly enjoy active activities and being creative with any and everything. I enjoy the very simple things which is why I appreciate people, animals, and nature so highly. From the very young age of 7, I began baby sitting( slightly supervised) downsyndrom baby. I continued to baby sitting her for nearly 5 years until my family relocated. I then pursued an at home business as a private tutor. In 2012 my family relocated to North Carolina. September 2014 is when I began working at the YMCA as a child watch provider and summer camp councilor. Although I cherish my job, my father recently passed and I want to help provide for my mother. I can't help her the way I Know I could if I stayed at the YMCA. I've got all of my certifiations along with the passion, dedication, love, and spirit. I have my own transportation and I'm willing to do light house keeping and cooking. I work with all ages and disabilities.
